No low-fire glazes in cone 6 firings
No pieces taller than 27" or wider than 20" (kiln interior limits)
All work is fired at your own risk. Katie Ann Clay is not responsible for cracking, warping, exploding, or other damage that may occur during firing.
Pieces that are not fully dry may crack or explode in the kiln and can damage other work in the load. Wet or damp pieces will be set aside and not fired.
In group firings, glaze interactions between pieces can occur. Unexpected drips, fumes, or flashing from neighboring pieces are an inherent part of shared kiln loads.
Glazes that run, bubble, or flux excessively can damage kiln shelves. If shelf damage occurs due to improperly tested glazes, you may be responsible for replacement cost.
By submitting work for firing, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
